Better Sounds Australia provides a high quality repair and sales service for acoustic musical instruments both nationally and internationally. Our workmanship has been endorsed and approved by thousands of musicians since the late 1970's. Among those are school bands, brass bands, concert bands, church bands, orchestras, and many beginner, amateur and professional players.

Morrie Zahner (pictured) is the founder, owner, and proprietor of Better Sounds Australia. Morrie and his team bring vast experience and expertise to even the most difficult of instrument repairs.  From the smallest adjustment, through to a full restoration of the largest wind instrument, the Better Sounds Australia team can restore virtually any instrument from a piccolo to a tuba.

Better Sounds Australia operates from the South-East region of Queensland, with a factory workshop facility 35 minutes South of the Brisbane CBD.  We welcome personal visits to the facility, and appreciate appointment phone calls for emergency or after-hours situations.  Our trusted network of courier services allows us to pick up and deliver repairs and sales from almost anywhere.
