Overview

Our business applies four servicing levels to help simplify the difficulty of generalising your repair and service needs.  Careful inspection is important to determine which service level is most appropriate or necessary.

All service levels include vacuum cleaning of cases when necessary and hygienically cleaning and truing up of mouth pieces.

Level 1 - Economy / Basic service

Applies to an instrument that needs only minor adjustments, mouth piece cleaning, and lubrication to all moving parts thereby improving the playability of the instrument.

Level 2 - Full service

Applies to an instrument that shows signs of being well used and is in need of more serious adjustment work and cleaning.  This service level includes our unique internal chemical cleaning and/or descaling treatment, general dent removal, hand polishing and minor soldering.

Level 3 - Economy restoration / basic tidy up

This level is necessary when age, wear or accidental damage to the instrument has rendered it unsightly or unusable.  This level includes level 2 service features as well as all dents removed and touch up surface refinishing.  Repads and valve rebuilds come under this service level.  (Inspection required.)

Level 4 - Full restoration

This service level is more of a personal choice to customise or return the entire instrument to its former glory.  Includes all previous service features.  (Inspection required.)
